Turkish Get Up

Progress not perfection

I’ve had both physicall and emotional progress since joining Fukumoto. I have more energy now than I’ve had in years and enjoy increased mobility. I’ve had some challenges, set backs and plateaus in the journey but many more successes. Even though they may seem small they add up drastically over time. Looking back I love the changes I have made and the new healthier me I have and will continue to find.

My top 3 reasons for training right now:

  1. It helps me to clear my mind and find peace
  2. To maintain my strength and mobility as I get older.
  3. To be able to keep up to my kids in their late teens

My Goals

  • Currently working on completing a one arm-one leg push-up
  • Complete a TGU with the beast
