Progress not perfection

I still struggle with getting my workouts in on a consistent basis. With wearing many hats professionally, but also as a wife and mother it can be hard to fit it all in. I am learning to extend grace to myself when I feel like I have missed too many but also am learning the art of self-discipline.

My top 3 reasons for training right now:

  1. To have the healthiest pregnancy possible
  2. To lead by example for my kids
  3. To boost my self-confidence

My Goals

  • To pass the SFG Kettlebell certification and maintain my strength afterwards (did it!)
  • Develop workshops and assessment tools for specifically pre and postnatal women and to start using them by fall 2016
