Progress not perfection

One thing that I need to continue to work on is drinking more water throughout the day. I also struggle with eating enough vegetables, especially when I don’t plan ahead, like on days that are different than my normal routine. When I’m hungry and start snacking I tend to choose bread or muffins or things with too much sugar and I’m working on breaking that habit.

My top 3 reasons for training right now:

  1. Become stronger, more flexible, and improve my endurance
  2. With university and homework I do a lot of sitting and it’s great to have some consistent physical activity in my schedule
  3. Take care of my body and my health

My Goals

  • Be able to do a pull-up
  • Increase my endurance as I struggle with this the most during Dirty Donkey and Spartan
