Progress not perfection

Before joining FF, I couldn't run more than 2km without stopping and feeling fatigued. I have now participated in races with longer distances than I ever thought I could do. Training has given me focus and mental toughness beyond the physical changes I have seen. Giving myself permission to adjust to a slower pace if I am not feeling well has been something I have been working on.

My top 3 reasons for training right now:

  2. Building Muscle Mass and Increasing Strength
  3. Strength, mobility, healthy as I age so I can enjoy my time with family and friends

My Goals

  • 15 pullups by end of 2018
  • 1-arm unassisted pushup each side
  • 33% of my weight on a TGU
  • Participate in Elite Heat of Spartan Race
