I struggle with getting to bed on time. I tend to compare myself to other members who are so much stronger and younger!

My top 9 reasons for training right now:

  1. Going from KB Swing 12kg to 24kg
  2. Increased strength and stamina (i.e. for battle ropes can finish a round without resting)
  3. Side planks are my best friend - going from dreading them to enjoying them
  4. Can change a 5 gallon jug of water
  5. Made new friends who are my 'gym family'
  6. Date nights here with my hubby
  7. Increased water intake to 8-10 glasses or more/day
  8. Healthy snacks prepared now for the week
  9. Mostly limiting treats to special occasions
