Flexible Steel is an innovative flexibility training session whose main focus is to make you flexible and strong at the same time.


How great would it be to have the movement of a child and the strength of an athlete?

You do not want to be the person who can tie his or herself in knots but can’t lift their own bodyweight.

You also do not want to be the person who can lift a car but can’t reach down and tie your own shoes!

DSC_0580Flexible Steel training sessions have a heavy focus on the hips and shoulders of which many other areas of the body are affected (back, knees, ankles for example).

Using the “3-S System”, a Certified Flexible Steel Instructor will teach you drills, stretches, and other techniques to help you develop a type of “owner’s manual for your own body”. This will help you overcome tightness and pain, help you recover, unlock movement, and give you better results in your strength and conditioning efforts!

This is meant for EVERYONE.

Your durability and capability as you age will be greatly enhanced.

Bring indoor shoes, water bottle, appropriate workout clothing.

Flexible Steel currently runs at 9am on most Saturdays from September-May each year.

In summer it currently runs Thursdays at 530pm.

There are some exceptions so please check with your coach for updated info!

We have drop-in rates for both members/non-members and also a 10-pack (which saves you money and can be used up over 1 year).
