Pre Bootcamp Tip!

In preparation for bootcamp on January 10th, please start to exercise a bit on your own NOW.  Do some chair squats, pushups, maybe pull out an old workout I’ve sent you or one you enjoy that you’ve come up with.  Get outside and get moving…this will ease you into the first class nicer than coming in COLD!! BRRRR!

2011 is Your Fittest Year!

Does the title sound outrageous? I don’t think so.  If you make a commitment and follow through to make your health a priority this year, you will realize the fittest year you’ve seen in ages.  Think about the progress you can make! Visualize yourself exercising properly (the way I teach you!), making healthier food choices, going to bed at a decent time regularly etc.

Sure you will come up against challenges (you may get sick or be bombarded with many other things in life) but you will meet these head on and come back better than before.

I can see you looking back on 2011 healthy, empowered, proud! And then I will say…..”I told you so!”.
